Mocha Latte Freeze

My mom is the most amazing cook.  So, when we talked recently she passed along this easy and delicious recipe.  The best part is you can use it to make an iced coffee or a mocha latte freeze.

Mocha Latte Freeze

4 cups leftover coffee
1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk

Whisk coffee and sweetened condensed milk together.

You can stop here and serve this coffee mixture over ice as an iced coffee treat.

If you would like to have it as a Mocha Latte Freeze,  squirt chocolate syrup along the sides and bottom of a pint size mason jar or glass.  Fill with two scoops of vanilla ice cream.  Pour coffee mixture over the ice cream until the jar or the glass is full.

Variations
  • Use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla.
  • Top your mocha freeze with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
  • Use fat free sweetened condensed milk to lighten up the iced coffee or the freeze.
  • Make several and put them in the freezer to pull out when you want a special treat.  This is what I do!
Enjoy!
