|Peppermint White Chocolate|
12 oz pkg. white chocolate chips
1/8 tsp peppermint extract
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream for topping
Crushed candy canes, for garnish
Warm milk in medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes or until heated through. Turn burner to low. Stir in white chocolate chips and stir constantly until all the chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from heat and add peppermint and vanilla extracts. Top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes, if desired, and serve hot. Makes about 4 full servings.
